1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the CAR-T Care Platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Not Medical Advice

The Platform is an informational tool for patients, caregivers, and clinicians interested in CAR-T cell therapy. Content generated by our AI assistants, knowledge base articles, and any automated responses are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Consultations & Bookings

The Platform allows patients to book consultations with onboarded oncologists. We facilitate scheduling and video link delivery but are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship. Any clinical decisions, prescriptions, or treatment plans are between you and the oncologist.

Bookings require advance scheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be possible. Oncologists may decline appointment requests at their discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person, including a healthcare provider.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data at scale.

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Platform in a way that may cause harm to other users or the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to clinical outcomes, missed appointments, or AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
